Buoyancy modules, as key components in Marine engineering, shipbuilding and the research and development of underwater equipment, their technological development and application directly affect the progress of related fields. In recent years, with the increasing demand for deep-sea resource development, Marine observation network construction and military equipment upgrading, the research and development of buoyancy modules has shown three major trends: material innovation, structural optimization and functional integration.
The core of the buoyancy module is to counteract the self-weight of the equipment or external pressure by providing sufficient buoyancy. Its design is based on Archimedes' principle. For instance, the buoyancy materials of deep-sea submersibles need to withstand water pressure of several kilometers without deforming, while ocean buoys need to resist the erosion of wind and waves for a long time.
Product Performance
2.Low Water Absorption
Water absorption rate ≤1%
3.Corrosion Resistance
Seawater corrosion resistance, with good weather resistance
4.High Strength
Compressive strength of 1~100MPa
5.Excellent Machinability
Can be processed according to the different needs of customers
